Q: do consultations need to be done in person?

A: Absolutely not, virtual/phone consultations can be arranged.

Q: what happens if i book a workshop and cannot attend?

A: We require a 7 day cancellation notice, in order to reschedule you for another workshop .  Refunds are only available via PayPal, within 10 days of making your purchase and a minimum of 14 days before the intended workshop.

Q: DO YOU OFFER OFFSITE group SERVICES?

A: Yes, if you require our services for a group of 3 or more people within the Greater Toronto Area, we will come to you.
